If you have registered your domain name on your own through a registrar, you will need to change the nameservers to point to the Legacy Marketing server. The nameservers should be:
NS1.LEGACYMARKETINGSERVICES.COM
NS2.LEGACYMARKETINGSERVICES.COM
How To Change Nameservers
Below are step by step instructions for domains registered through Godaddy. Every registrar has a slightly different format; however, it should be along the same lines.
- Log into your user account on GoDaddy.com
- From the main menu select Domains => My Domains. A list of all the domain you have registered will be displayed.
- Check the box by the domain name you want to change the nameservers for and the menu options for the domain will become active.
- Click the menu button labeled "nameservers."
- Select the radio button by "Custom nameservers." A form to enter the nameservers will be displayed.
- Enter "ns1.legacymarketingservices.com" (no quotes) in the box labeled "Nameserver 1." Enter "ns2.legacymarketingservices.com" (no quotes) in the box labeled "Nameserver 2."
- Click Okay
Your domain should be directed to the Legacy server in anywhere between 30 minutes and 48 hours.
Don't forget to lock the domain at the registrar after you are done.
