		<description>For me, it is really about bringing people forward, not product, not brand. The difference between a succesful effort and, a less than succesful effort can be huge. Be informative, add value, answer the questions that your readers want answering.

And defining the audience as you say is critical. Who are they, what do they want, what are they trying to achieve. Again, it is all about people.
