Demographic information was researched, copy prepared, and the report designed to kick start the fundraising efforts.

Friday Nite Crop Club
The Friday Nite Crop Club is craft and scrapbooking workshop in the Kingwood area.
Along with the web site and logo design for the club, an HTML email newsletter was designed to give the communications to members the extra edge.

Picnic on the Park: Event Web Site

Picnic on the Park is a nonprofit organization in Kingwood, Texas, that puts on two events each year: the Picnic on the Park Festival which is a community event highlighting a free Easter egg hunt the day before Easter, and the Ladies Luncheon and Easter Bonnet Contest.
The event web site had been a vital part of the marketing efforts in the event promotion; however, it was originally built as a static web site and was very cumbersome to update.

As part of Legacy Marketing's event promotion services for Picnic on the Park , we created a newpaper ad and flyer to promote the event.
The flyers were distributed to local schools, organizations, and other area events.

Dawn Bajalieh, a Realtor with RE/MAX Assoc. NE, wanted to add some pizzazz to her email correspondence to customers and clients.
An HTML email template was created that tied in with her website. The template was formatted so that it could also be used as Outlook stationery.

Kingwood Connection: Community Web Site

The Kingwood Connection is a community information web site for the Kingwood community.
Originally launched in 2004, it was time to upgrade the web site's look with a design that was more Web 2.0, that was CSS based for presentation and layout, was more SEO friendly, and could be easily read on mobile devices.
A web site redesign was done, starting with an upgrade to the Joomla platform that the site is based on, along with the numerous customizations and add ons. An integrated user interface was customized to tie together all of the site's features.

Picnic on the Park
As part of the event marketing services for Picnic on the Park, a community event located in Kingwood , Texas, we designed a postcard to promote the event.
The postcard was used to promote the event in the publicity phase, as well as to hand out the day of. Legacy Marketing's provided the postcard printing for the end product.
